NUGS-ADACOE Visits Ada Foah Basic School

On Monday, March 3, 2025, the Local Executives of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) at Ada College of Education, led by President H.E. Annafo Gideon, paid a courtesy visit to Ada Foah Basic School. The team met with the headmistress, Mrs. Linda, to discuss ways to improve education and support students in the community.
During the meeting, key issues such as teacher shortages, particularly in Career Technology, and challenges faced by BECE candidates in mathematics were highlighted. Mrs. Linda appealed for support to address these gaps and ensure students receive the quality education they deserve.

The visit coincided with the school’s mock exams for BECE candidates, who are preparing for their upcoming exams. NUGS-ADACOE expressed their commitment to supporting the school, including providing scholarships for brilliant but needy students and assisting in areas like Career Technology.
NUGS-ADACOE remains dedicated to collaborating with stakeholders to address educational challenges and create a brighter future for students in Ada.
